Litter management - responsibilities for businesses
Pursuant to the Litter Pollution Act 1997-2003, retailers shall arrange the removal of litter from public areas not exceeding a distance of 100m from their premises.
Failure to do so is an offence under Section 16 of the Litter Pollution Act 1997-2003.
