Property management
The property management unit deals with council owned property, land and corporate buildings. This includes acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, title issues and casual trading.
The day-to-day management of our facilities and buildings also comes under this department. We deal with derelict sites and vacant homes, which are key priorities under government’s Vacant Homes Action Plan. We also deal with the administration of the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant.
