Estate management
Our estate management team are available to meet with tenants, and tenant associations, on a regular basis to deal with issues that may occur. The estate management unit acts as an effective liaison between tenants and the Housing department.
We are committed to the formation and development of residents' associations. Estate management staff liaise with and assist resident groups with the prevention of crime and anti-social behaviour in their estates. If you would like help in forming a residents' group please contact your estate management officer who will be happy to help.
We strongly encourage the continuing enhancement of estates and grant funding is available to encourage residents and resident groups to take an active role in improving the physical appearance of their estate.
