Green Festival
There are approximately a hundred festivals in the county annually and approximately twenty sporting events. In greening of these festivals there is great benefit to the organizers and businesses associated with these festivals. Greening of festivals not only reduces the impact on the local environment, before, during and after the event, but also helps reduce costs in terms of waste and litter management and water and energy consumed.
The Greener Clare team is an active supporter and promoter of greening of festivals across our county.
