Proposed Section 38 traffic calming measures L3300 Bóthar na Luachra Shannon
Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council, pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, propose to carry out the following traffic calming measures:
Bóthar na Luachra, Shannon L-3300 in the townlands of Tullyvarraga, Shannon, Co. Clare
The construction of 1no raised tabletop at existing pedestrian crossing, L-3300 in Bóthar na Luachra, Shannon.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development are attached below and will be available until Monday 16th June 2025.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed works may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Clare County Council, Àras Contae an Chlàir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare, on or before 4.00pm on Monday 16th June 2025.
