Section 38 proposed traffic calming measures Sixmilebridge
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Clare County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the following traffic calming measures:
The construction of a new footpath along the R471 in Pound Street, Sixmilebridge to service Bridge United Soccer Club and Garda Station.
Drawings and particulars of the above proposals can be viewed below from Friday 8th March 2024 to Monday 8th April 2024.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed works may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Clare County Council, Àras Contae an Chlàir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare, on or before 4:00 p.m. on Monday 08th April 2024.
