Section 38 proposed traffic calming measures L4608 Millbank Road, Rosslevan, Ennis
Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council, pursuant of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, proposed to install the following traffic calming measures:
On the L4608 Millbank Road, Rosslevan, Ennis, Co.Clare.
Construction of 3 no. raised table with two raised tables utilised as uncontrolled pedestrian crossing, footpath buildout, installation of tactile paving, all associated signs and road markings.
Plans and Particulars of the above development will be available for inspection below for a period of not less than four weeks beginning on the date of publication of this notice.
Objections or representations in relation to the proposals may be made in writing before 4:00 p.m. on Monday 6th May 2024 to the Administrative Officer, Transportation Section, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare
