Road Works Speed Limit Order L6180 within the West Clare Municipal District
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 that Clare County Council intends to introduce a Temporary Road Traffic 50 km/hr Speed Limit, by way of a Road Works Speed Limit Order to facilitate road widening works within the West Clare Municipal District.
This involves the putting in place of a 50 km/hr Temporary Speed Limit on the following road;
Along the L6180 at Ballyduneen, North of the Crossmore Windfarm entrance for a distance of 2600m, a map outlining same is attached below.
This Road Works Speed Limit Order will be in effect from 19th February 2024 until work is completed or for a maximum period of 12 months.
