Road Works Speed Limit Order at Boston
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 that Clare County Council intends to continue a Temporary Road Traffic 50km/h Speed Limit, by way of a Road Works Speed Limit Order to facilitate the Pedestrian Crossing at Boston National School L1012-6 at Drumnadeevna. Kylecreen and Rockvale within the West Clare Municipal District.
This involves the continuation of a 50 km/h Temporary Speed Limit on the following road;
From All Saints Church Boston to 140 metres East and 225 metres West on the L1012-6
This Road Works Speed Limit Order will be effective from 12th April 2024 until 11th April 2025.
