Proposal to declare a private road at Newtown & Ballyconry, Ballyvaughan, Co Clare, to be a public road
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 11 Subsection (1) (b) (iii) of the Roads Act 1993 that Clare County Council proposes to declare the above-mentioned road to be a Public Road.
Description: The road proposed for consideration for taking in charge is located in Newtown & Ballyconry, Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare. The road is approximately 2676m long with an average width of 4m.
ITM Co-ordinates: E 521082, N 709015 ITM to E 521637, N 706502 ITM.
A map indicating the road to be taken in charge is available below for inspection for a period of one month up to and including 7th May 2024.
Objections or submissions with respect to the proposal to declare the road to be a public road may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie or in writing, up to 22nd May 2024 to the:
Administrative Officer, Roads and Transportation Department, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare.
