This Form P02 applicant checklist is to assist applicants in preparing their planning applications. We advise applicants are advised to refer to this checklist to avoid applications being invalidated.
This checklist is for information purposes and is not a definitive checklist. The onus is on the applicant to ensure that applications are in full accordance with the Planning & Development Regulations 2001(as amended). Clare County Council reserves the right to declare an application invalid if all the requirements of the regulations are not complied with.
