An Active Travel scheme for the Tulla Road in Ennis has received the backing of the Elected Members of Ennis Municipal District (MD) and will now proceed to detailed design, procurement, and construction stage.

Ahead of starting the full-time lifeguarding season, Clare County Council lifeguards received training from the Irish Coast Guard, the Doolin Coast Guard and Clare Civil Defence at White Strand Beach on Friday, 30th June.
