Proposed Section 38 traffic calming measures at L3068 Ballycannan & Knocklalisheen
Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council, pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, propose to install the following traffic calming measures:
Ballycannan North & Knockalisheen, Meelick Co. Clare. road number L-3068, in the townlands of Ballycannan North, Ballycannan West & Knockalisheen, Co. Clare.
The construction of new footpath, 4no. tabletop pedestrian crossings, tightening of 5no. junctions, gateway signage and alternative road texture/colour near gateway signage.
Plans and particulars of the proposals are attached below and will be available until Monday, 26th June 2023.
Submissions or observations in relation to the proposals may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Transportation Department, Clare County Council, Àras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare, on or before 4.00pm on Monday 26th June 2023.
