Draft Illaunamanagh Bye Laws 2023
Clare County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001 hereby gives notice of its intention to make bye-laws for the prohibition of overnight camping in the car park at Illaunamanagh, Tullyvaraga, Shannon, Co. Clare.
A draft set of bye-laws, entitled the “Draft Clare County Council (Prohibition of Overnight Camping in Illaunamanagh Car Park) Bye-Laws 2023” has been prepared and may be inspected during normal opening hours from 19th May 2023 to 20th June, 2023 at the Transportation Department, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare and the Shannon Municipal District Office, Town Hall, Shannon, Co. Clare and are attached below.
Submissions or observations with respect to draft bye-laws may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Transportation, Clare County Council, Àras Contae an Chlàir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare, on or before 4.00pm on 28th June, 2023.
