Building control

The Building Control Section is responsible for the enforcement of the Building Control Acts 1990 to 2014, and Regulations made under those acts. The national Building Control Management System (BCMS) website provides for the completion of a mandatory online assessment. It also allows for the online submission of applications for Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates.
