Responsible for roads, water services, environment, fire and major emergency management and the Municipal District of Shannon. View directorate

Responsible for rural, community and tourism development and the Killaloe Municipal District. View directorate

Responsible for housing and culture including the library, arts and archives services and the county museum. The West Clare Municipal District (North) is under this directorate.
