Public consultation on Draft Beach Bye-Laws 2016

Clare County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by Local Government Act, 2001 (Bye-Laws) Regulations, 2006, proposes to amend the Clare County Council Beach Bye-Laws 2008.

The purpose of these bye-laws is to allow for the regulation and management of beach activities. Clare County Council proposes to amalgamate the Clare County Council Bye-Laws 2008 and the Kilkee Bye-Laws 2010

A copy of the Draft Beach Bye-Laws 2016 will be available for public inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, Environment Section, Block B, New Road., Ennis, and in the Municipal District Offices, in Kilrush, Ennistymon and Scariff, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday until Friday, 15th April 2016.

Clare Council will consider all written submissions in relation to the amended bye-laws, which may be made on or before 4:00 p.m. on Friday 22nd April 2016 to the
