Proposal to Declare a Private Road to be a Public Road at Kilrush Business Park, Kilrush

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 11 Subsection (1) (b) (iii) of the Roads Act 1993 that Clare County Council proposes to declare the above-mentioned road to be a Public Road.

Description:  The road proposed for consideration for taking in charge is located in the townland of Ballymacurtin, Kilrush, Co. Clare and abuts the R483 at Cooraclare Road, Kilrush (access road to Kilrush Business Park). The section of road is approximately 400m long with an average width of 10m.

A map indicating the road to be taken in charge is available for inspection during normal office opening hours by interested members of the public for a period of one month up to and including 25th January, 2019 at the Roads and Transportation Department, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare and West Clare Municipal District Office, Town Hall, Kilrush, Co. Clare.

Objections or submissions with respect to the proposal to declare the road to be a public road may be made, in writing, up to 8th February 2019 to the:

Roads and Transportation Department,
Áras Contae an Chláir,
New Road,
Ennis,
Co. Clare.
