Emergency Road Closure on the R467 at Keelderry (Black Sticks Road)

Following recent summer drought period, emergency repairs will be carried out on the R467 at Keelderry (Black Sticks Road) linking the R352 Ennis to Scarriff Road with O’Callaghan’s Mills Road.

A road closure will be in place from Saturday 3rd November until Saturday 10th November from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily to facilitate repair works to this road.

A detailed Traffic Management plan will be in place throughout the works.

The alternative routes for traffic for the duration of the closure are as follows:

Diversion for those travelling south on the R467: Travel west on the R352 from the junction with the R467 for 4km towards Ennis, turn left onto the R466 and travel for 6km to the junction with the R467.

Diversion for those travelling north on the R467: Travel west on the R466 from the junction with the R467 for 6km towards Ennis, turn right onto the R352 and travel for 4km towards Scarriff to the junction with the R467.
