Temporary Speed Limit - Ennis Municipal District 11/08/17 - 22/08/17

Arising from the traffic management requirements of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann Inis 2017, within the Ennis Municipal District, Clare County Council intends to introduce a Temporary Road Traffic 60 km/hr Speed Limit by way of a Road Works Speed Limit Order.
This involves the putting in place of 60 km/hr Temporary Speed Limit on the following road:-
On the N85 to the south and south west of Ennis (Western Relief Road), as follows:
- N-85-10 starting from its junction with the Clare Abbey Roundabout (N-85-9), for a distance of 1.13km in a westerly direction towards its junction with the Rocky Road Roundabout (N-85-11).
- N-85-10 starting from its junction with the Rocky Road Roundabout (N-85-11), for a distance of 1.47km in a west direction towards its junction with the Beech Park Roundabout (N-85-14).
- N-85-10 starting from its junction with the Beech Park Roundabout (N-85-14), for a distance of 1.82km in a north east direction to its junction with the Claureen Roundabout (N-85-16).
This Road Works Speed Limit Order will take effect from 6:00 p.m. on Friday 11th August to 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday 22nd August, 2017.
