Proposed Traffic Calming Measure - West Clare Municipal District

Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council pursuant to Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, proposes to install the following traffic calming measures:

Change of priority at junction of L-4190-7 and L-8272-0 at Lismulbreeda, Darragh, Co Clare.
It is proposed that the traffic calming will include for the installation of a Stop sign on the L-4190-7 at the West side of the junction with the L-8272-0. Traffic coming from a south east direction on the L-4190-7 will now have priority turning right onto the L-8272-0. Traffic calming signs will also be installed warning of Stop sign ahead as indicated on drawing number WCMD-0170-01.

Plans and particulars of the proposed works as shown on the Drawing are available for inspection from Friday 15th June 2018 at Roads Department, Clare County Council, New Road, Ennis or West Clare Municipal District Office, Kilrush during office hours.

Objections or representations in relation to the proposal may be made in writing before 4:00 p.m., Monday 16th July 2018 to the:

Co. Clare.
