Proposal to declare private roads to be public roads

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 11 Subsection (1) (b) (iii) of the Roads Act 1993 that Clare County Council proposes to declare the following roads to be a Public Roads:-
Factory Lane, Kilrush: The road proposed for consideration for taking in charge is located at Factory Lane, Kilrush and it abuts the N67. The section of road is approximately 189m in length and has an average road width of 4.5m.
ITM Co-Ordinates: 499726E, 654983N to 499913E, 655004N
Kilbaha South, Kilbaha: The road proposed for consideration for taking in charge is located at Kilbaha South and it abuts the R487 & includes Kilbaha Pier. The section of road is approximately 276m in length and has an average road width of 3.5m.
ITM Co-Ordinates: 473721E, 648107N to 473808E, 648011N
Turrett Lane, Kilrush: The road proposed for consideration for taking in charge is located at Turrett Lane, Kilrush and it abuts the R473. The section of road is approximately 135m in length and has an average road width of 4.5m.
ITM Co-Ordinates: 499904E, 655066N to 499930E, 654934N
Maps indicating the roads to be taken in charge are available for inspection during normal office opening hours by interested members of the public for a period of one month up to and including 3rd November , 2017 at the Roads and Transportation Department, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare.
Objections or submissions with respect to the proposals to declare the roads to be public roads may be made, in writing, up to 17th November, 2017 to the:
